Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not email private inspection photos unless they are necessary to explain the issue.
Try selecting the photo again from the system picker. Confirm that it opens in Photos and that your iPhone has enough free storage.
After RoomProof builds a PDF, use the system share sheet to save it to Files or another destination. RoomProof does not upload reports to a cloud account.
Open the RoomProof Pro screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple ID used for the purchase.
