RoomProof creates room-by-room inspection records locally on your iPhone. It does not require an account, show advertising, or use analytics or tracking SDKs.
Inspection names, room names, notes, imported photos, and camera captures stay in the app's local container. Photos are added only after you use the system photo picker or camera. RoomProof has no developer-operated backend and does not upload this content to the developer.
RoomProof creates PDF reports and selected-original exports on your device, then presents Apple's share sheet. The services or destinations you choose in the share sheet operate under their own privacy terms.
RoomProof Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The developer does not receive your payment-card details.
RoomProof does not transmit or collect personal data. Deleting an inspection removes its app-owned local files. Deleting the app removes its local data; reports or originals you previously shared remain at their chosen destination.
