Turn a product-photo batch into one consistent set.
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, number of selected photos, and the export settings you used.
Try selecting the photo again from the system picker. Confirm that the file can be opened in Photos and that the device has enough free storage.
After export, use the system share sheet to save the JPEG files to Files, Photos, or another destination.
Open the Pro screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple ID used for the purchase.
