BENI
In an early product, research, design, and engineering often split across different people and documents. BENI keeps that path inside a small team, from defining the problem to a working release.
Why it is interesting
Building our own products gives us first-hand experience of a complete launch: choosing the first release scope, reviewing the interface, monetisation, and distribution. That experience helps us plan client products more precisely.
My contribution
Together with my partner, I launched the public website and shaped a shared process from research and PRDs through design, engineering, and release. We use BENI for our own products and selected client work. Our own launch experience helps us take decisions through to a working release.
